According to Dr. Michio Kaku, a renowned theoretical Physicist, we still have way to go to find the perfect solution to reverse the aging process but there is one way to slow down the aging process. That is to stop eating. This might sound ridiculous at first to many i.e. how am I going to live at all if I am not going to eat! By stop eating, what I mean here is to eat very less, only the amount of food that you know is enough to keep you alive for longer periods of time.
Consider this example: Suppose you buy a brand new car, you do not drive it. 10 years later, that car, its engine, its body work, paint and all other mechanism will still be as brand new as they were at its time of purchase because you simply did not use the car and it did not go through any engine friction, road to tyre friction, air to body paint friction etc. Now apply this example to your stomach, when you do not eat anything, your digestion system remains new because there is no friction of digestion. The more you eat, the more digestion process occurs and the more body cells deteriorate in order to maintain the engine of your body that is your digestion system.
